    AnemoLock SMS program

    This page describes how AnemoLock uses text messaging for transactional farm-operations and account-related notices. It is intended for registrars, carriers, and compliance review.

    1. Program name and brand

    AnemoLock — operational SMS for agricultural coordination (e.g. applicator invites, spray coordination, and related account notifications).

    2. Message types

    • Applicator / co-op invites: a short message with a link to join or learn more, sent only when a verified farmer initiates an invite to a number they enter.
    • Account / operations notices: transactional updates tied to in-app activity (e.g. connection or coordination status). Message frequency is variable and based on user actions.

    Messages may include embedded links (e.g. secure invite URLs). We do not send promotional marketing campaigns through this program.

    3. How users consent (opt-in)

    Consent is collected through affirmative action in the product, not from purchased lists. AnemoLock does not use third-party marketing or lead lists. Mobile numbers are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

    • Farmer-initiated SMS invite (primary opt-in path):A logged-in account holder navigates to the in-app "Custom applicators" page, enters a recipient's mobile number, reads the consent disclosure shown directly on the form (reproduced below), and clicks Send invite. By submitting, the account holder represents they have permission to contact that number for farm spray coordination.
    • Phone on file (signup / account settings):Where the product collects the user's own mobile number during signup or in account settings, the user agrees to transactional SMS tied to their account as described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

    4. Consent screen mockup (for carrier / Twilio review)

    The form below is a non-interactive, publicly viewable reproduction of the actual in-app Invite form shown to logged-in account holders before any SMS is sent. The amber consent box contains the exact disclosure text shipped in production, word-for-word. This page is reachable without an account so reviewers can verify the call-to-action and consent disclosure end-to-end.

    Configure SMS with Twilio env vars. Invite links expire in 30 days.

    The form above is a faithful mockup for compliance review. Submitting an invite is only possible from inside an authenticated account; the same disclosure is shown to every account holder before any SMS is triggered.

    5. Message frequency and rates

    Message frequency is event-driven (not on a fixed schedule) and varies by user activity. Standard message and data rates may applyaccording to the end user's mobile plan.

    6. Opt-out and help

    Recipients can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or use the contact information in our Terms of Service.
